Gift Cards & Credit Vouchers

Here you’ll find everything you need to know about our Gift cards.

E-Gift cards

E-Gift cards are electronic vouchers sent by email and can be used exclusively on gr.tommy.com and in our stores. They are valid for 6 months.

Buying an E-Gift card

You can buy an E-Gift card here. You’ll also find important information about how to use it on the Gift card page.

Cancelling an E-Gift card

An E-Gift card can only be cancelled within 14 days of purchase, provided it has not been used. Only the person who made the purchase can request a cancellation. Your refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.

In-store Gift cards

In-store Gift cards can only be bought in our stores and can be used both online and in our stores. Find a store near you here.

E- Gift cards

When placing an order using your E-Gift card, please keep the following in mind:

• To use your Gift card, enter its number in the “Gift Card / Credit Voucher” field at checkout.
• Your order total must be equal to or greater than the value of your Gift Card. If there is a remaining amount to pay, you can use any other available payment method.
• You can use only one E-Gift card or Credit Voucher per order. E-Gift cards and Credit Vouchers cannot be combined in the same order.
• If you decide to return any of the items, your refund will be issued as a new Credit Voucher.

In-store Gift cards

In-store Gift cards can only be bought in our stores and can be used both online and in our stores. Find our stores here.

If your Gift card or Credit Voucher cannot be applied to your order, please check the following:

• Check whether your Gift card or Credit Voucher has expired.
• Make sure you have entered the Gift card or Credit Voucher number in the correct “Gift Card / Credit Voucher” field at checkout.

If you think there is another issue with your Gift card or Credit Voucher, contact Tommy Hilfiger Customer Service at tommy.contact@sarkk.gr, and our team will help you with the next steps.

Credit Vouchers and Gift Cards are valid for 6 months from their date of issue. You’ll also find the expiry date in the email containing your Credit Voucher or Gift card.

You can use your Credit Voucher across multiple purchases until the available balance has been used, provided it is still valid.

Your Gift Card must be used in one single transaction, with an order total equal to or greater than its value. It cannot be used partially.
