Return is free of charge. Call your local EasyMail courier to collect your parcel free of charge or via a Box Now locker.
If you choose a different courier company, you will have to bear the return costs yourself.

If you wish to exchange the product you are returning for another one, please fill in the return form with the type of product you wish to exchange it for (SKU code & size). Also, don't forget to fill out the printed return form that's in your package, which should be included in the return package.
In case of exchange with a different item(s), the price of the new product is determined according to the current price list at the time the return is processed by the relevant department.

CREDIT/VOUCHER
Once we receive the returned item, we will send you a credit note in the form of a code for the value of the item you returned. You can use it for your next purchase. It can be used in our e-shop or in any of our network stores.
The credit is valid for 6 months from the date of receipt.
Credit issued in a physical store can only be redeemed in one of our physical stores and not online.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for your original purchase.
COD(Cash on delivery): The amount will be refunded to the account you have indicated on the return form.
Payment by Debit/Credit/Apple Pay/Paypal: The amount will be refunded to your credit card. The refund time depends on your bank provider and it may take 10-14 days.
Refunds are only valid for returns made via courier and not for exchanges made in stores.
