Your online order will be delivered via Easymailcourier at the (home/work/etc.) address you selected in checkout page.You can also choose one of our stores as a click & collect point. Find here all Tommy stores available for click & collect.

Delivery times depend on the place of delivery your choice.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. During festive or discount periods due to high demand, there may be slight delays in deliveries.

You can choose to collect your products free of charge via the Click & Collect service.

Shipping costs are €4,50 via EasyMail & COD is €1,50.

Shipping cost through BOX Now is €2,50

Shipping cost for orders €70 or more is free of charge.

You will receive a message at your email address you provided when placing your order, confirming that your parcel has left our premises. This message will also include the tracking number so that you can track the progress of your order online in real time. At the same time, the courier company will contact you directly to inform you of the delivery.

You have the option to collect your order from one of our Tommy Hilfiger stores.
When completing your order, select one of the Tommy Hilfiger stores you would like to visit to collect your parcel.
Delivery is FREE. Your order will be sent to the store of your choice within 1-3 working days. You will receive an email notification when your parcel arrives at its destination and is ready for collection. During holiday periods or sales, there may be a slight delay.
To collect your online order from the store, you must present your order confirmation e-mail and a valid form of identification.
Your parcel will be held at our store for 5 working days from the date the confirmation email is sent to you. If you are unable to collect it within the above time frame, your order will be cancelled and the products you selected will be released.

You can stay up to date on the progress of your order via the ‘My Account’ page. If you have chosen to collect your order from the store, you will receive an email informing you that your parcel has been sent to your chosen store.
Once your order has left our premises, you will receive an email. This way, you can check the status of your order whenever you want.

Extensive quality controls are carried out on all our products.
If, however, your package is damaged, please contact our customer service department.
When your order is delivered please check the packaging and its contents for any damage that may have occurred during shipment.
If the damage is significant please follow the steps below:

• If the damage is minor, please accept the package and sign the delivery receipt noting the damage.
• If the parcel appears severely damaged, you may refuse to accept your order. In this case, please contact our customer service department directly.

When contacting the customer service department please provide your order number and the delivery number.
Your order will be cancelled so that you can place a new one.
If you have chosen Credit/Debit Card or Paypal as your payment method, we will refund the amount of your order once the parcel is returned to our premises.
If you notice any damage to any of the items after receipt, you can proceed with a return immediately. You will need to fill out the printed return form inside your parcel the item being returned and the reason for return. Include the return form in the parcel you are returning.

You have the option to pick up your order from Box Now Locker.

If you have ordered from a partnered e-shop, BOX NOW will send you a text message with a 6-digit PIN once your parcel is at the selected BOX NOW Locker. By typing this PIN to the locker's keypad a door will open so you can collect your parcel. 

Pick up any time you want: BOX NOW Lockers operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
